WHAT'S "VINTAGE"?

VINTAGE IS COMMONLY DEFINED AS ANYTHING PRODUCED MORE THAN 20 YEARS AGO. MOST VINTAGE ITEMS ARE PRE-OWNED BUT SOME HAVE NEVER BEEN WORN OR ARE LEFTOVER INVENTORY OF GOODS PRODUCED DECADES AGO. THE QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE MADE IN YEARS PAST IS FAR SUPERIOR TO THE CONTEMPORARY GARMENTS THAT ARE MASS PRODUCED TODAY. HOWEVER, WE MUST CONFESS THAT NOT ALL OUR PRODUCTS CAN BE TAGGED AS  "VINTAGE",  WE'VE GOT ANOTHER GOODS NOT OLD ENOUGH TO BE CONSIDERED VINTAGE BUT WITH A RETRO AESTHETIC THAT FITS THE STYLE OF OUR STORE.


WHERE DO THE PRODUCTS COME FROM?

OUR STUFF IS SOURCED FROM ALL OVER THE GLOBE, BUT PROBABLY 80% COMES FROM USA. WE VISIT MARKETS, WHOLESALERS, BAZAARS, JOIN AUCTIONS... WHATEVER TO GET A RAD COLLECTION THAT MATCHES THE AESTHETIC AND STYLE OF RETRO ROCKET!


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEANED?

OF COURSE! ALL THE GOODS MUST BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED TO MEET CE REGULATIONS, WE INSPECT ALL GARMENTS AND CLEAN/WASH THE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY 'CLEAN'.


HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

TO RETURN A ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT TO US FIRST TO GET OUR RETURNING FORM. THEN SIMPLY FILL IT AND SEND IT WITH THE UNWANTED ITEM(S) BACK TO US WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE. THE ITEM IS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT IT IS NOT USED, DAMAGED, WORN OR WASHED; ITEM TAG HAS TO BE STILL APPLIED TO THE GARMENT.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT OR USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE.

PLEASE, NOTE THAT FINAL SALE ITEMS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, EARRINGS, BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE ARE NON-RETURNABLE, UNLESS FAULTY. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGE/INCORRECT ITEM?

OUCH! FIRST OF ALL, SO SORRY... PLEASE CONTACT TO US IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL PROVIDE A EXCHANGE OR FULL REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. NOTE THAT ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

ABOUT SHIPPING & DELIVERY...

WE CAN SHIP TO VIRTUALLY ANY ADDRESS IN THE WORLD. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS ON WEEKDAYS (WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS), UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT THAT INCLUDES A TRACKING NUMBER AND LINK/CARRIER TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL.

WE SHIP ALL ORDERS FROM SPAIN. STANDARD SHIPPING FOR EUROPEAN ORDERS TYPICALLY ARRIVE IN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARRIVE WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS FROM LEAVING OUR WAREHOUSE.

POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR SHIP-TO LOCATION AND PRODUCT TYPE.

FOR COSTUMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOM AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE. CUSTOM AGENTS MAY DELAY DELIVERY OF SOME PACKAGES.IF YOU REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT OR ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR PACKAGE, YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND ANY IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES THAT ARE INCURRED AND THE COST OF THE RETURNING PACKAGE TO OUR WAREHOUSE. THE AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
